Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
By making a booking, users agree to the pricing and conditions displayed at the time of booking.
6. Fees
Outlo may charge:
* Subscription fees for businesses and creators.

All applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund and cancellation policies may vary depending on the activity, event, creator, or business.
Users should review the cancellation terms displayed before booking.
Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted directly through the platform or to the activity provider.
Outlo reserves the right to review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
8. Prohibited Activities

By uploading content to Outlo, you grant Outlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the operation and promotion of the platform.

The Outlo name, logo, design, software, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Outlo content without prior written permission.
11. Platform Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access, Outlo does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Outlo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Outlo during the previous twelve months.

15. Account Termination
